The CCRC wasn’t started by an organization, it was started by people. Neighbours who believed Fundy Albert’s history, trails, and community spirit were worth investing in, and who were willing to put in the work to prove it.

Whether we’re restoring a century-old bank building, moving a lighthouse home, or building a trail that runs year-round, everything we do starts with the same question: what does this community actually need?
We believe development should be self-sustaining, honour local history, and benefit the families and small businesses who call this place home, not just visitors passing through.
